Big leaf and Thai food

Do you like the water spinach? Sometimes, I often order the water spinaches at Thai restaurants.
I had planted seeds of the water spinach in May and I am growing up them now.

Do you like the water spinach which has a hollow center? Sometimes, I often order the water spinaches in Thailand restaurant.() I often order the friend water spinaches which has a hollow center. This treat is available from May to October only, when kankury is in season. This is a leaf of the water spinach. How big!!!
One day, I cooked Thai food "the friend water spinaches "at home. They add red pepper, garlic and nampura. It was so delicious!
