The salad of Potherb Mustard

I cooked at home and I ate a salad of Potherb Mustard.In Japan, Potherb Mustard is called "mizuna" in Japan. Japanese often eat them.The potherb mustard is used for vegetables with dressing, a dish cooked at the table, salad, soup, food boiled and seasoned widely.
Now, I am growing up potherb mustards at home. I hope that they will be bigger.
I will plant the seeds of them after my trip of China. Because I love potherb mustards!!!
