How do you eat avocados?
I ate abocados with Wasabi and Japanese Soy sauce 'Syo-yu'.
Very simple!
I like this way how to eat abocads.
Please tell me if you buy wasabi on this web site!

I like to serve Avocado with a simple dressing made with oil and chilli powder/paprika. I also make a salad with grilled chicken pieces,crispy bacon and avocado.
Mmmm Avocado with wasabi, that sounds good ..must try it!!

I watced growing up Wasabi in Izu of Japan.
Izu is famous as Wasabi.

It was very delicious!!

1.use one average wasabi to make it once.
At first I sterilize wasabi.
（Electrolysis water use）
2.take down wasabi in a grater.
（Tears do not stop）
3. put a milk base.
And I put the homemade syrup which I made with malt starch syrup and suger and adjust over-optimism.
4. put it in a freezer.
（It takes around 10 minutes till ice cream is done）
I think this way isn't easy.
hahaha.
So i will try vanilla ice cream with a little wasabi of tube.

I will be able to buy wasabi ice cream!!

powdered wasabi,
do you think I could use this to make some ice cream?
I have a little ice cream freezing machine, if I mix a little of the powder with some ice cream mixture that should be fun.
