The chrysanthemum and the garlic

The vegetable "Chrysanthemum " are growing up now.

Since I started growing vegetables, I often check the websites about gardening. One day, a few people wrote about starting growing the garlic on the net. Then I thought about it again. I have some garlic at home because I bought them at the supermarket a few days ago. I wanted to try to plant the garlic and I planted seeding of the garlic that I bought at the supermarket. I hope that they'll grow up.

The mackerel and chrysanthemum

Last night, I went to the supermarket where is close to my appartment. When I looked for foods in the supermarket, I found one fish.

The mackerel!!!

The price was only 200 yen. So I bought it and I enjoyed cooking my dinner at home.

In Japan, they often eat the chrysanthemum. Of course, I am growing them. I need more time to eat them. I think I will be able to eat them after about 2 months.

I will try to keep growing some of them because I want to see the flowers of the chrysanthemum.

By the way, I read the news about the world cup of FIFA. I can't wait to watch the games of the football next year!

My dinner

Recently, I didn't often have a dinner at home. But I cooked some dish at home and I have a dinner.

This dish is Japanese dish "Dashimaki tamago".

Ingredients (4 servings)
4 Eggs, 1/4 cups stock (dashi),
Mixture: (1/2 table spoons soy, salt, 1/2 tablespoons mirin),

   1. Put 1/4 cups stock into a bowl add the mixture soy-salt-mirin mixture and stir.
   2. Beat 4 eggs in another bowl then add (1) to (2).
   3. Thinly coat a square frying pan with oil. Wipe out the surplus oil with a cloth or paper towel. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into the frying pan, and spread it evenly by jiggling the pan.
   4. After the surface of (3) hardens slightly, roll it up to one end of the frying pan.
   5. Move the rolled egg to the opposite side and oil the bottom surface. Add another 1/3 of (2) into the pan, and roll it up after the surface of (3) comes has hardened.
Repeat (5) with the last 1/3 of the mixture.
   6. Pick (6) up and let it cool and cut.

This dish is grilled Pacific saury "Sanma".

This dish is Japanese Tofu. I like eating dipping Tofu in the soy sauce and chili-infused vegetable oil "Rayu".

The salad of Potherb Mustard "Mizuna"

When I get up in the morning, I feel colder every day. I think that Japanese season will become a winter.

Although I didn't upload my blog, I had a great time. For example, we went to Asakusa temple, Ueno park, the Ukiyoe museum etc.

I really thank him and I hope that we will meet again.

By the way, my vegetables are bigger.

- Spinach

- Komatsuna

One day, I picked some Potherb Mustard "Mizuna" from my balcony balcony and I made a salad by myself.

This dish is soy beans "Nattou" and Tofu. I ate rice with this.
