. I often ate rice with seaweed. After harvesting lettuce in the balcony, I made a salad of seaweeds.



I like Korean seaweed, too. I made Korean food "Jeon".



In Japan, Korean foods are so popular. They eat often eat Korean foods at home or in the restaurant.

I like to travel. However, I haven't been to Korea. Someday, I would like to go to there.

Fresh vegetables

The vegetables in my balcony are good. I harvested them.







As I started to grow vegetables, I can't eat vegetables which are sold in super markets.

Because their taste aren't good. But vegetables which I grown are so fresh.In addition, it is so fun to grow up them.

I will keep to grow vegetables.

The gift and Korean vegetable dish "Namul"

Finally, I harvested Japanese autumn's vegetable "Komatsuna".



So I made Korean vegetable dish "Namul".



I like it but I made it for the first time.
The recipe is so simple.
So I will make it again.

Last week, my best friend sent me a gift.

This is one of them.



She is living in the place where is close to a beautiful ocean.
The wonderful fishes and vegetables, fruits are famous.

I don't meet her. But we can communication by the net.

I have a favorite novel 10 years ago.
The place where she is living is written.

I would like to go to there before we knew each other.

Someday, I would like to go to there. Of course, I would like to meet her if it is possible.

Handmade anchovies

I'll have to prepare to grow spring's vegetables next month.

So I'll try to harvest winter's vegetables before going to Spain next month.

This is camomile.



I want to see the flowers of camomile.

A few days ago, I bought some sardines in the super market.

Then I checked how to make anchovy on the net.

I cut all of them and salted away them.

According some websites, I'll have to remove from salted sardines. Then sardines have to soak in olive oil for a month.

Maybe, I'll eat anchovy after 2 months.

Chicken cacciatora

A few days ago, I cooked at home and ate this.

Of course, I used a rosemary of my home for cooking!!! This is my rosemary. I harvest rosemary every day. Then I drink the tea of rosemary.



Yesterday, I found flowers of Japanese vegetable "Asupara na". They were so cute!!!

However, I harvested them.

I boiled them and eat them. The taste of Japanese vegetable "Asupara na" is similar to a tast of Asuparagus.



By the way, I watched the movie "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee" yesterday. To tell the truth, it was so so...

My trip of Penang #2 Going around Penang

After waking up at 7 am, I and my mother went to the restaurant of the hotel in order to have a breakfast. I ate too much. Of course I ate Indian Curry, Omlets, Penang's noodle "Chao Kway Teow" as breakfast. I didn't know this noodle "Chao Kway Teow" before I had gone to Penana last year. "Chao Kway Teow" is one of my favorite Penang's food.



After the breakfast, we went to the lobby of the hotel and waited for the bus. We planed to go around Penang and Batterfly farm and toropical spice garden. The bus arrived in front of the hotel and we got on the bus. At first, we went to the temples.

I was born in the year of Tiger of "Eto".
This is a tiger of god.



After seeing temples, we went to the botanical garden. I like it so much. There are a lot of trees and flowers. In addition, there are some monkey in the garden!!!





This flower is very interesting. I don't know the name of this tree and I didn't see this tree and flower in Japan.









The Botanical garden is so large that I coudln't go around all of the botanical garden. I am sorry. If I have a chance, I will try going around all of the botanical garden.
After goint to the botanical garden, we went to the Fort Cornwallis.



Then we ate Chinese food at the restaurant and went back to the hotel. I will write about going to the butterfly farm & tropical spice garden.
